He has comprehensive experience in all areas of intellectual property law, including Intellectual property clearance, registration and protection strategies; Intellectual property license and transfer agreements; Intellectual property enforcement and defense; Advertising and promotions legal issues; Intellectual property audits, valuation and transfer.  Barry is a member of the Burlingame Rotary and has been on Gatepath's Board of Directors since 2003.
