Early Intervention

Gatepath’s Early Intervention provides support for children, ages birth to three years, with special needs and their families.

Services are provided in a variety of settings, including Gatepath’s newly remodeled Niall P. McCarthy Center for Children & Families and in the child’s natural environment (locations where the child receives regular care, such as the home, day care/preschool, community settings, etc).

Our services are designed for family participation, providing families with hands-on approaches to intervention care they can use to continue developmental progress of the child. Children, along with a parent/caregiver, attend weekly group sessions and are seen for individual therapy sessions as needed.
