Series for 3 and 4 year-olds: Saturday Series
Date: Saturday, June 20, 2009
Location: Niall P. McCarthy Center for Children & Families at 1764 Marco Polo Way in Burlingame
Children will sing, play, and combine language and communication skills through exploratory, imaginative and facilitated play, peer interaction, music and real life experiences. Speech-Language Pathologists will direct and structure these activities to maximize the children’s phonemic awareness, language concepts, verbal communication, and early literacy skills.
Date: June 20, 27, July 11, 18, 25 and August 1 between 9:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.

Support Group for Individuals with Brain Injury
Date: Fridays between 1:00 - 2:00 P.M.
Location: Niall P. McCarthy Center for Children & Families
A weekly support group for adults who have sustained a brain injury. This facilitated group provides peer support, as well as information on community resources.
