Job Coach for Adults w/Developmental Disabilities (Temporary, Nights & Weekends)

Summary:

This is a dynamic opportunity for an energetic, self directed individual to develop supervisory experience in the rapidly growing social enterprise field. As a supervisor you will motivate, monitor, and document the progress of a business team that employs people with disabilities. Your responsibility is to meet the goals of the business unit, as well as support the growth and employment skills of people with disabilities. Because this position offers a variety of critical experience many of our current managers started in this supervisory role.

Essential Functions:

• Provide training, supervision, and ensure work performance meets customer contract standards.
• Develop individualized training programs for employees, maintain records, evaluations, and billing in a timely and accurate manner, and ensure a safe continuous working environment according to general safety practices.
  

Duties/Responsibilities:

•  Must have a valid driver’s license and obtain a criminal record clearance.
